We will move materials-- whenever possible --directly from the product's closest point of origin, directly to the end use site, to reduce redundant loading, offloading and movement of materials. It is our goal to reduce our Carbon Footprint of the transaction to the greatest extent possible.
We will partner with Manufacturer's producing high quality and competitively priced goods from around the globe-- which consumer's will greet with a high level of perceived value.
We will strive to be the low cost provider and yet provide a wealth of support information sources for the correct installation techniques, maintenance and warranty assistance.
We will clearly state the condition of all goods offered, so that the purchaser know exactly what quality of goods they are purchasing. Non Warranted Goods will be sold “AS IS” and our websites, and Sales Orders for these types materials will indicate when items are non-warranted.
We will stop representing any manufacturer whose production and quality control practices prevents their maintaining the quality standards that their marketing materials promise.
We will stop representing anyManufacturer who avoids their obligation to honor warranties and guarantees made in conjunction with their product offerings.
We will compete ethically with other providers in the marketplace, even if that behavior is not reciprocated.
We will continually look for new technologies that improve the performance of products,simplify application or reduce maintenance for the end user.
We will strive to offer High Value in lieu of simply low pricing, and we will strive to help consumer's make an informed purchase.
We will be responsible environmentalists in the operation of our own facilites, utilizing the smallest amount of space possible, using the most energy efficent lighting, equipment and technology that we can possibly afford.
