For Retailers and Commercial Resellers:
Dock to Dock Commercial Delivery for Resellers w/ Faciliites and Forklifts is a flat rate of $75.00 plus a 25% fuel surcharge within 100 miles of Nashville.
For Builders, Contractor's and Independent Installers:
Inside, local jobsite delivery service is available in the immediate Nashville Market Area. The Delivery Charge is .10 per sq ft. There is a $95.00 minimum charge. This rate is good within a 75 mile radius of our facilites. Beyond 75 miles the rate is .15 sq ft up to 100 miles. A $125.00 minimum applies.
Deliveries are to ground floor, and there must be a clear path into and out of the house
foraccess. Buyer imust provide Safe Bridging over any Trench Work or incomplete Porch Structures.
BEYOND 100 MILES COMMON CARRIER SERVICE:
Dock to Dock Standard LTL rates apply. Unless you specify otherwise, your order
is shipped for pick up at the closest available freight terminal available to our carrier.
Residential Delivery is available for an additional charge. These services are provided via commercial freight and local cartage carriers.
Standard residential service is defined as curbside "Tailgate" The driver opens the door and you must promptly unload materials.
Additional charges apply if the driver is left standing or must return at another time.
Residential Services are made by appointment, so that you can be prepared to offload.
Curbside Liftgate Services are available, and for a charge, the Freight carrier will send a lift gate equipped truck to lower the materials to ground. Freight Drivers do not participate in the manual offloading of materials.
Freight Drivers do not assist in carrying the materials inside.
If you are utilizing common carrier delivery service, and you require inside delivery services, please contact us, and we will have our logistics team arrange for a local cartage service to pick up the load from the common carrier and provide local cartage and inside delivery services for you.
